Derse Expands Operations Management Team with Nick Borgdorff and Frank Occhiogrosso

Derse, the complete face-to-face marketing company, welcomes top new talent to its corporate leadership team. Nick Borgdorff joins Derse as executive vice president and Frank Occhiogrosso assumes the role of corporate operations vice president, divisional support.

These additions to the operations team position Derse for company growth and future strategic initiatives.

Nick Borgdorff will oversee corporate operations and all six of Derse’s U.S. divisions. He brings over 20 years of experience in finance and senior operations management. Prior to joining Derse, Nick was the president and owner of Total Product Management, Ltd., a company providing sourcing and project management services in Asia. Nick began his career serving a four-year tour with the U.S. Navy and continued on with a variety of business, sales and management roles in the U.S. and abroad. He holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Frank Occhiogrosso will lead the development of operational efficiencies and innovation.

In addition, he will support business continuity and execute significant corporate initiatives such as facility expansion and new capability integrations. He joins Derse after nearly nine years at a regional exhibit marketing firm on the east coast where he served as operations director and in sales roles. Frank also owned a small distribution business with annual sales of $2 million. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo.
