Veteran destination management executive Belinda Maguire announced the opening of “Destination Fabulous,” a full-service destination management company (DMC) based in Las Vegas.

In conjunction with the debut of Destination Fabulous Las Vegas DMC, Maguire also announced that the company’s official website at www.destination-fabulous.com.
“Our new website not only is a fabulous business resource for potential clients, but also captures our unique attitude and personality, which sets us apart from other destination management companies,” Maguire explained. “The website also showcases all of the glitz, glamour and excitement that Las Vegas and the surrounding Southern Nevada area have to offer.”
Maguire began her career in destination management working for USA Hosts as National Sales Manager in the Scottsdale/Phoenix market. Her success in selling USA Hosts’ services led to her being transferred to the company’s Las Vegas office as Director of Incentive Sales, focusing primarily on the Maritz Travel/Incentive account which was one of the company’s top clients at the time. Her responsibilities also included creating sales protocols, nurturing strong client relationships, continuously following up with clients, and leading targeted regional marketing campaigns in Las Vegas, and other regional markets.
While employed at USA Hosts in Las Vegas, Belinda helped launch a large-scale drug rollout to more than 5,000 sales representatives for Novartis, the world’s third-largest pharmaceutical company. She also created and executed a major event for more than 5,000 American Express attendees at the Palms Resort & Casino in Las Vegas which utilized all of the hotel’s venues to capacity.
During her professional career, Belinda successfully developed strong relationships with top Las Vegas hotels, including among others the Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, Wynn/Encore, Four Seasons and MGM Grand. In addition, she achieved the coveted “Preferred Vendor” status at several of these top-tier resorts. She also effectively managed the meeting/event needs and requirements of such high-profile accounts as Ariba, BlueCross/BlueShield, AIMIA, US Motivation, First Data, Fusion, Merrill Lynch, Campbell Soup, Toyota, Wells Fargo, Novartis, Maritz Canada, and Helmsbriscoe to name but a few.
