Destination Services Corporation (DSC), an award-winning Colorado-based Woman Owned certified destination management and event production company, acquired Destination VIP Inc. (DVIP), a Utah and Jackson Hole-based full service destination management company.
Moving forward together under the name DSC, the group will provide destination management expertise for corporate and incentive groups traveling to Aspen, Beaver Creek, Colorado Springs, Denver and Vail in Colorado; Lake Tahoe in the Sierra Nevada; Salt Lake City and Park City in Utah; and Jackson Hole, Wyo.

By combining strengths, the acquisition will bring expanded destination, venue and event options for corporate, association and incentive event planners. Locally focused and operated offices are to provide a consistent experience across the entire DSC collection of destinations. The merger will also benefit hotel partners as DSC expands its national sales and marketing efforts to promote the mountain destinations to its 30-year client base.

The two brands will come together under the DSC roof and DVIP staff will be joining the DSC team. All Resort Group, the former owner of DVIP, will continue to operate its transportation services.
