After nearly 19 years of servicing clients within the tradeshow and environmental branding industries, the team at Dimension Design is starting a new chapter as DD2 Graphics.
“We have been fortunate to realize great success over the past two decades,” says Mike Rogers (pictured right), owner and CEO of Dimension Design and DD2 Graphics. “The downturn of the live events industry due to the COVID-19 pandemic has paved the way for us to reinvent our business.”
Glenview, Ill.-based DD2 Graphics was founded in December 2020 in preparation for the sunsetting of Dimension Design. “We look forward to building upon the strong reputation we have for service 
and quality,” says Jennifer Crocco (pictured left), director of sales for DD2 Graphics. Crocco worked for Dimension Design as a senior account executive and will utilize her knowledge of graphics as well as team building to drive sales through finding the right solutions for clients. “My favorite part of my job is finding the right solution for the customer,” she says. “Our sales staff will work as a unified team to serve the customer and be there for them 24/7 as we always have been.”
Shannon Daggett (pictured right), former director of client experience at Dimension Design, will serve as general manager for DD2 Graphics. “I am excited about the opportunity to continue working with the DD family to keep doing what we do best—providing the best customer service in the industry and having fun doing it,” says Daggett. “While 2020 has been devastating to tradeshows, this year has allowed us to stand back and analyze what works really well and what processes need improvement.”
DD2 Graphics will focus on streamlined graphic production using their automation platforms. “The expert team behind Dimension Design has transitioned to DD2 Graphics with a focus on clean, efficient production and a readiness for the return of live events,” explains Rogers. “The passion and drive that has been the backbone of Dimension Design is propelling us into DD2 Graphics. We will come out of 2021 stronger than ever and look forward to our partners coming along with us on this re-imagined venture.”
Established in 2002, Dimension Design was a collaborative and innovative branding partner that delivered custom environments to support the face-to-face marketing activities of respected exhibit houses, marketing agencies, production and event companies and their clients. The company’s work highlighted brands, products and services at events and tradeshows, in corporate headquarters and retail outlets and other commercial environments.
