Dylan Friedman is a new account executive of Employco USA, Inc. Headquartered in Westmont, Illinois, Employco provides employer management and human resource outsourcing, as well as a number of other administrative and progressive employment techniques. Dylan has hands-on experience in payroll, human resources, benefit administration, and group benefits such as health and life insurance.
Dylan began his career in financial services with AmCheck Payroll, where he learned the ins and outs of HR outsourcing, benefit administration, and payroll. Prior to joining Employco USA, he was a Benefits Consultant for H Group Benefits and also worked on their online benefit administration startup firm, Tech Source Benefits.
Dylan received a BS in Management with an Emphasis in Leadership and a minor in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Northern Illinois University. He currently holds both health and life insurance licenses.
In his pursuit to connect like-minded professionals, Dylan co-founded the Northwest Young Professionals Networking Group, an invite-only, non-compete, business-to-business networking group.
