Eagle Management Group Announces Leadership Transition in New Orleans

Wenonah, NJ – Eagle Management Group (“Eagle”) is announcing a leadership transition within its New Orleans operations. After more than a decade in the role, Russell Elliott has decided to step down from his position as City Manager and will now serve as Assistant City Manager. Dennis Alley will move into the City Manager role.

Russell joined Eagle in 2014 and has been part of the trade show industry since 1981. His decades of field experience, mentorship, and leadership have been instrumental in strengthening Eagle’s presence in the region. In his new role, he will continue supporting the New Orleans team and clients.

Dennis began his trade show career in 1995 after being introduced to the industry by a friend and union member in New Orleans. He quickly advanced through leadership roles with Sho-aids Inc., Renaissance Management, and Tangram International, ultimately serving as General Manager of New Orleans before joining Eagle in 2021. Dennis has long been recognized as a steady hands-on leader within the local trade show labor community.

“What brought me to Eagle were the good people I met over the years—from the local crews to managers like Russell,” says Alley. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to step into this role and continue growing the New Orleans operation.”

“Russell has been an outstanding leader for Eagle and a pillar in the industry for more than four decades,” says Arthur Ximenes, V.P. of Operations. “We’re excited to have Dennis step in as City Manager and continue building on the strong foundation Russell helped create.”
