Officials for the Eagle Management Group (EMG), which provides construction labor and management services for tradeshows, corporate events and road tours, have announced the promotion of two of its senior-level managers, according to officials.
Laura Marzella Fee, formerly director of sales and marketing, has been promoted to vice president of sales and marketing. Don Minot, formerly director of operations, has been promoted to vice president of operations.
“Laura has worked tirelessly over the years to help build our company,” said Steve Matranga, president, EMG. “Her contribution to our success is immeasurable.”
Approaching its 27th year in business, EMG hired Marzella Fee 23 years ago. She will oversee the sales and marketing team to achieve corporate initiatives and growth objectives.
With EMG for more than 24 years, Don Minot relocated several times in the company’s early years to establish base cities that EMG still services today. Based in Paulsboro, N.J., the company operates in 31 cities throughout the United States.
“Don has continuously demonstrated his ability to lead and provide direction,” said Joe Matranga, CEO, EMG. “His honesty, integrity and passion are unmatched in the industry.”
Minot will play a pivotal role in establishing and implementing the company’s strategic plan.
