Kyle brings a diverse and dynamic background to Eagle, which will be invaluable as the company continues to grow and expand its operations. His role will be multifaceted, providing essential support across various departments, including operations and show floor management.
Kyle’s journey into the industry began through a mutual connection with President David Holloway at a pivotal time for Eagle, as the company was experiencing significant growth and new opportunities. Armed with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing, Kyle has previously worked for a costume manufacturer, producing costumes for Philadelphia’s annual Mummers Parade. This experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of fast- paced, deadline-driven environments.
Kyle’s strengths include exceptional organizational skills, a keen ability to solve problems, and a natural talent for connecting with people. His creative and driven mindset, coupled with a “jack of all trades” approach, ensures he is ready to contribute wherever needed, making him an invaluable asset to the Eagle team.
