Eagle Management Group Welcomes New Members

Wenonah, NJ – Eagle Management Group (“Eagle”) has announced the following additions to their team.

Tyna Seu as Senior Account Manager

Tyna Seu joins the team as a Senior Account Manager. With a strong foundation in design, project management, and client service, Tyna brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her new role at Eagle.

Tyna’s journey into the trade show industry began while studying interior design at Arizona State University. An internship with MICE | Interiors in Tempe, AZ introduced her to the world of experiential marketing, and she quickly developed a passion for the fast- paced and collaborative nature of the industry. Since then, she has built a career centered on project management, operations, and client success, thriving on the problem-solving atmosphere and the opportunity to see events come to life.

In her new role at Eagle, Tyna will focus on client service and success, coordinating with clients, supporting onsite teams, and streamlining processes. “What excites me most about joining Eagle is the company’s reputation, collaborative culture, and opportunities for growth,” she shared. “I’m thrilled to be on board and look forward to contributing to the success of our clients and team.”

Outside of work, Tyna enjoys training in martial arts, cooking and baking, crafting, listening to jazz, and spending time with her children.

Randy Smith as Operations Liaison

Randy Smith was appointed as the new Operations Liaison. Randy brings extensive experience in operations, logistics, and team leadership, making him a strong asset as Eagle continues to expand its nationwide presence.

Throughout his career, Randy has developed a reputation for strengthening operational performance, improving efficiency, and building collaborative bridges between teams. In his new role at Eagle, he will focus on connecting field operations with project management and client services to ensure seamless communication, streamlined processes, and consistent service delivery across all regions.

Caroline Geere as Senior Account Manager

Caroline Geere joins the team as a Senior Account Manager. Caroline joins Eagle with extensive experience across multiple facets of the trade show and events industry, bringing a strong organizational background and an enthusiasm for working with clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Caroline began her career in the United Kingdom, working in human resources before launching her own event management business. Her introduction to the trade show industry came as a Marketing Executive for a defense company, where she managed tradeshows as an exhibitor. The display house she partnered with recognized her skills and offered her an Account Director role, sparking her full transition into the industry. After relocating to the United States, Caroline joined Octane as an Account Manager, where she deepened her expertise in client service and project execution.

“What I enjoy most about this industry is that no day is ever the same,” Caroline shared. “I love not knowing what each day has in store. Joining Eagle excites me because it is a family business with a close-knit team, and I’m eager to contribute and grow in my new role as Senior Account Manager.”

Steve Bradley as Senior Account Executive

Steve Bradley joins the team as a Senior Account Executive. With decades of hands-on experience in the exhibit industry, Steve brings deep expertise and leadership that will further strengthen Eagle’s commitment to supporting its clients and expanding its service offerings.

Steve’s career in the exhibit industry began at just 18 years old in his hometown of Toronto, Canada. Over the years, he gained valuable experience in every facet of the design-build business. In 2004, he relocated to San Diego to pursue a sales role and went on to hold senior management positions within multiple design-build firms. In 2009, he launched his own company, Octane Group Inc., an installation and dismantle service company, which further sharpened his leadership and business development skills.

Now based in both San Diego and Las Vegas, Steve is enthusiastic about joining forces with Eagle Management. “I am excited to transition into a Sales role at Eagle and look forward to assisting our clients through this change,” Steve shared. “Our team is eager to offer additional geographical bandwidth and a more comprehensive range of services to support both existing and new clients.”
