Eagle Management Group (“Eagle”) introduces Laura Del Viscio as our Human Resources Director. Due to the overall growth of our team, the time to enhance our human resources department was past due. Laura’s responsibilities will not only include the implementation of our organization’s mission and talent strategy, but she will also help to plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate policies and procedures. Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization which will help foster the already strong community we hold dear at Eagle.
Laura is a graduate of Wilmington University, holding a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. She received her undergraduate degree from Rowan University with a Bachelor’s in Writing Arts. Her most recent work experience was as a Human Resources Business Partner in the eCommerce industry. Her skills include collaboration with senior leaders to drive organizational development, team effectiveness, change management, and analyzing data into practical action plans. As a mother of three boys, her time spent at home is busy with sports and quality time with her family.
