The Las Vegas Chapter of the Exhibit Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) was recognized on Dec. 3 at the EDPA ACCESS09 national convention in Palm Springs, Calif.
President Dalene Threeton wanted to recognize everyone from the Las Vegas Chapter for their support and efforts.
“Our chapter members are the best,” she said. “Thank you to everyone. Our goal for 2010 is to repeat and win the award again.We can only do this with the amazing members who attend, support and volunteer, so be sure to ask how you can become more involved.”
The total points accumulated in eight categories determine which group receives the Chapter of the Year Award. To win, the chapter had to score 80 percent or more of the total points. The Las Vegas Chapter proved their enthusiasm and commitment to the EDPA combined with added activities and continued fundraising, despite the economic downturn, was the winning combination.
