What does French Chinese cuisine, design, price and profitability have in common? The Exhibit Shark Tank!
Join the EDPA Norcal chapter for an interactive workshop with guest and host Dan Greene, managing director, Nolan Advisory Services from Chicago, and featured guest Executive Chef Brandon Jew, to be managing partner of Mister Jiu’s restaurant in San Francisco.
Host Dan Greene is the managing director of Nolan Advisory Services, a management advisory firm focused on helping exhibit and event marketing companies solve the complex challenges facing their companies. Greene has helped clients build successful businesses and achieve performance goals through sound strategies and financial practices. He has served the EDPA in various roles including Board Member and Chapter President.
From crossing the Atlantic for an apprenticeship in Italy to crossing back over the Pacific for another apprenticeship in Shanghai in his early years, Brandon Jew has witnessed and experienced multi-cultural cooking techniques and has been exposed to different types of cuisine from all over the world. Over a decade into his career, he has come into his own by establishing his own style as a chef by emphasizing a conscientious selection of organic ingredients and handcrafted methodology. Jew will be opening his restaurant in San Francisco in 2015.
