EEI Global, leader in experiential marketing products and services, filed for Chapter 11 in the Eastern District of Michigan.
Operating under various names including EEI Graphics and Exhibit Enterprises, the agency employees approximately 130 professionals and will undergo a restructuring to manage its estimated liabilities of between $10 and $50 million. EEI Global will continue to operate while restructuring its debts. Court records indicate that there are approximately 70 debtors on file.
For over 40 years, EEI Global has served an impressive list of clients with an emphasis on the automotive industry.
