EMG’s Don Minot Prepares to Retire, Arthur Ximenes Promoted

Eagle Management Group’s Don Minot begins to prepare for retirement as Arthur Ximenes begins to take over some of his responsibilities. Minot has been with Eagle Management Group for more than 30 years and in that time he’s played a large role in shaping and growing the company into what it is today. He began working for Eagle as a carpenter in the D.C. area and today serves as the vice president of operations. Minot is not yet ready for full retirement due to his love of the industry and Eagle. He will remain on the Eagle team as the Philadelphia city manager moving forward.

Ximenes started at Eagle in 1994 as a lead carpenter and gained a reputation for his strong work ethic and attention to detail. Soon after his introduction to Eagle, he took on the role of city manager for Dallas and Houston where he constantly exceeded expectations. For the past several years, he has served as the manager of operations, traveling across the country in order to help bring exceptional service to Eagle’s clients. He will assume his new role as vice president of operations this August.

“As someone who has worked alongside of Don since the early days of Eagle it will be hard to see such an experienced and influential member of our team go,” says Steve Matranga, CEO. “ Don is one of the hardest working and knowledgeable men in the tradeshow industry,” adding, “We are very lucky to have Arthur help take over his responsibilities. Arthur has been working hand in hand with Don in order to prepare.”

President David Holloway adds, “We are extremely excited to have Arthur join our leadership team, as he has been instrumental in our success and brings a wealth of knowledge and new ideas to the role.”
