The Exhibition Services & Contractors Association (ESCA) is now accepting applications for its annual scholarship program, with a submission deadline of October 15, 2024. This program offers valuable opportunities for students with outstanding academic performance, financial need, and a strong commitment to their communities.
ESCA offers two key scholarships:

The Dennis Hale Memorial Scholarship

Named in honor of Dennis Hale, a former Executive Director of CORT™ Events and dedicated ESCA board member, this scholarship is awarded to industry members and their families. It recognizes academic merit and financial need while honoring Hale’s legacy of community service. The scholarship fund is supported by generous contributions from ESCA members, with CORT™ Events making directed donations in memory of Dennis Hale.

The Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship
This special scholarship initiative, launched by ESCA’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, awards three exceptional students for their efforts in promoting diversity and inclusion in their university and local communities. Eligible students must be sponsored by ESCA’s partner universities: UNLV, UCF Rosen College, or Delaware State University. Each recipient will receive a $1,500 scholarship and the opportunity to share their insights at the SEC conference.
About Dennis Hale’s Legacy
Dennis Hale was known for his dedication to the community, having spent countless hours volunteering at a Las Vegas homeless shelter and working to improve the lives of those around him. His courage and generosity are celebrated through this scholarship, which supports future leaders in the exhibition industry.
