EventsAIR Launches New Version of OnAIR

A new dimension is added to its award-winning virtual and hybrid event solution

Brisbane, Queensland, Australia-based EventsAIR announces its release of its latest version of its virtual and hybrid event solution OnAIR. Since May 2020, the team at EventsAIR has been helping event planners around the globe deliver great virtual event experiences to more than  800,000 attendees. With its latest release, EventsAIR raises the bar again with a world’s first 2D/3D environment that will offer a new dimension in virtual and hybrid events.

The OnAIR platform was developed to fulfill a need to continue running events and to keep attendees, sponsors, exhibitors and suppliers connected in a secure and engaging online environment. Event planners will now be able to offer a truly immersive online experience to its attendees by switching to a 3D visual mode. The 3D mode opens a whole new world of possibilities, limited only by the user’s imagination. Features in the new 3D mode include custom scenes that can match brands, events or real-life environments, clickable areas to guide, inform and interact, an AIRTouch device, a virtual personal assistant to access all areas of the event, an inbuilt 3D designer to create customizable scenes, plus all the current features of OnAIR that so many attendees love.

Trevor Gardiner CEO of EventsAIR“When we initially started development of OnAIR in March 2020, we chose to go down the path of 2D so we could build a secure virtual environment that would support a range of features and functionality, like an in-person event,” says CEO Trevor Gardiner (pictured right). “Now with the addition of 3D, event planners will have the best of all worlds virtual, hybrid or in-person—all in one platform.”

“By adding 3D to our OnAIR platform, it will help the transition to hybrid, which is already starting to happen in pockets in different parts of the world,” Gardiner continues. “It also gives additional value to sponsors and exhibitors to showcase their brands, products and services in an immersive design.”

“With this latest release, EventsAIR has also added a range of enhancements and features to the platform including the ability to add lower third graphics to video content via AIRCast Studio™, exhibitor main stage presentations, and much more,” Gardiner adds.

Joe Ciliberto EventsAirGlobal Director Sales and Marketing Joe Ciliberto (pictured left) adds, “A virtual event solution has been a necessity over the last 12 months, and this will prove to be an added benefit as we transition into hybrid and in-person events. Event planners will be able to broaden their audience reach, increase ROI and deliver a truly integrated experience for audiences worldwide. We are so excited to be on this journey with our customers, and look forward to continuing to deliver great event technology that adds value.”

As EventsAIR moves into this next phase of event technology, they wish to thank their wonderful teams behind the scenes and loyal customers who have supported them to keep creating more successful events.
