Simon Mills, ExCeL’s Chief Commercial Officer, said: “When you consider that just one of our major trade shows can have upwards of 800 exhibitors – many from overseas – having a dedicated, reliable, and highly competitive stand building solution on site provides peace of mind for an exhibitor. Standbuilder’s unrivalled reputation, wealth of industry experience, commitment to sustainability and venue knowledge made them the obvious choice. I’m delighted to welcome them to the ExCeL family and to have a world-class stand provider for our world-class venue.”
Bruno Roquette, Founder & Owner of Standbuilder, added: “We’re very pleased to be partnering with ExCeL London and to be providing a more efficient, sustainable and cost-effective offering for both exhibitors and organisers alike. As the market leader in this area, we can offer a full range of creative stand build options to suit any budget – all sustainable by default – with every design meeting the Better Stands silver or higher standards. Our family-run business is located just a short distance from the venue, aiding our commitment to deliver on short lead time projects and giving clients excellent service, value and peace of mind.”
The scheme is one of several initiatives ExCeL has undertaken of late to provide an enhanced guest experience including significant investments in IT infrastructure, retail & F&B offerings, as well as digital wayfinding.
