Exhibit Systems, an exhibit company offering one-stop service for tradeshows and events, expanded its marketing outreach by hiring a marketing communications consultant.
Developing website content and writing white papers and articles is Laurie Arendt, who will also handle internal communications and social media management for Exhibit Systems.
“The addition of Laurie Arendt significantly strengthens our ability to convey clear, concise messages about the value our products and services bring to customers,” said Dave Jentz, vice president, Exhibit Systems. “We look forward to her contributions in an exciting time of growth and new possibilities for our company.”
Bringing more than two decades of experience writing for different audiences and across multiple platforms, Arendt’s background also includes extensive work in journalism, public relations, online marketing, corporate materials and book publishing.
Arendt comes to Exhibit Systems from Nation Consulting, where she wrote articles, press releases, strategic planning documents and client materials. She is a longtime freelance journalist with the Ozaukee County News Graphic and contributed articles to M Magazine for more than two decades. She also served as editor of Corporate Report Wisconsin.
She published nine books and edited two others. Arendt compiled the oral histories of more than 300 veterans for a non-profit project that she founded. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
