Five months before the start of EuroShop 2020, the world’s No. 1 retail trade fair, demand for exhibit space is very strong and the organizers expect to surpass the record figures of 2017 (2,368 exhibitors from 61 countries on 1.3 million square feet of net exhibit space). EuroShop will take place Feb. 16-20 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany.
The booking status for all eight dimensions of EuroShop 2020 is excellent, officials are reporting. To date, the list includes renowned companies in shopfitting, lighting, retail marketing, retail technology, refrigeration and energy management, food service equipment, and expo and event.
The current redesign of Düsseldorf fairground’s south entrance includes the new Hall 1, which will also be used for EuroShop 2020. The previous smaller Halls 1 and 2 have been replaced by a new, state-of-the-art building, providing 129,000 square feet of net exhibit space. The hall is connected to the Congress Center Düsseldorf via a bridge on the first floor and to Halls 3 and 4 on the ground floor.
EuroShop 2020 entrance passes can be purchased online (www.euroshop-tradefair.com) in advance at reduced rates. Tickets include free use of public transportation to and from EuroShop within the VRR transportation network of Düsseldorf.
