Exhibitus, a custom exhibit house specializing in three-dimensional design, announced that an industry designer joined its creative team.
For more than 15 years, David McLaren has designed marketing environments to ensure clients’ tradeshow success. In addition, he has been intricately involved in all aspects of exhibit sales, including brand direction, relationship development and client presentations.
“David brings a unique combination of creative talent and business management skills to Exhibitus. We are very excited to have him onboard,” said Brad Falberg, president, Exhibitus. “His innate understanding that “Design Matters” is a perfect fit for Exhibitus’ strategic direction. We look forward to his contribution as we continue to design all aspects of tradeshow marketing programs to assure clients meet expected results.”
Prior to joining Exhibitus, McLaren served as creative director for Imagecraft Exhibits where he managed both internal and external teams of designers, drove thought leadership to guide team members in executing projects that exceeded clients’ expectations and increased RFP conversions by more than 85 percent in three years.
From 2005 – 2008, McLaren was senior designer for Derse, a fabricator of exhibit and environmental design. While at Derse, he developed design solutions for custom tradeshow exhibits, executive briefing centers, retail environments and mobile exhibits for a variety of Fortune 500 companies.
McLaren holds a MBA, with a concentration in Marketing, from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University where he graduated with honors. He has a B.S. in Industrial Design from Georgia Tech.
