Exhibitus, a custom exhibit company specializing in three-dimensional design for tradeshows, corporate events, user conferences, permanent installations, museums and corporate interiors, announced June 22 that its client, YKK AP America, was named Best in Show – Large Booth Category at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Conference 2015 held in Atlanta. This annual event is the largest meeting of architects and design professionals in the U.S., drawing 17,000 architects and design professionals from around the globe.
“Congratulations to YKK AP on this well-deserved success,” said Brad Falberg, president, Exhibitus. “The company’s commitment to creating a fun, memorable experience for attendees drove the collaborative design process for this exhibit. And since it was the attendees who bestowed this big ‘thumbs up’ award, it is particularly exciting and confirms YKK AP’s in-depth understanding of its customers, prospects and the industry it serves.”
Incorporating YKKs AP’s own building systems, Exhibitus created the 20 x 30 exhibit to provide a canvas for product displays as well as a comfortable setting for engaging and entertaining large numbers of attendees. For the third year in a row, a music video utilizing the company’s popular I Am An Architect marketing campaign drew crowds to the booth. The I Am An Architect videos has more than one million views on YouTube.
The YKK family of companies is driven by a core value called the CYCLE OF GOODNESS: An enterprise is an important member of society. As such it must coexist with the other elements of society. Its value will be recognized by the benefits it shares with society. In keeping with this value, YKK AP looks for ways to draw younger generations to the profession.
Headquartered in Atlanta with offices in New York and Chicago, Exhibitus features global service capabilities to support clients abroad.
