Exploring Inc., the parent company of Brumark, ID3 Group, and Exploring Graphics, has announced a major partnership with Invision Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm with extensive experience in the tradeshow industry. The collaboration, revealed on November 29, 2024, aims to expand Exploring Inc.’s nationwide presence through acquisitions and bolster its innovative capabilities across its family of companies.
Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Exploring Inc. oversees several businesses that deliver specialized solutions to a wide range of industries, including exhibits, events, and themed environments. These businesses include:
Brumark – A leader in tradeshow and event flooring, offering products such as tradeshow carpets, specialty flooring, and raised flooring systems.
Shelmarc Carpets – Suppliers of residential, commercial, and custom carpets, designed for a range of spaces including retail and hospitality.
ID3 Group – Custom fabrication specialists with expertise in scenic construction, metalwork, and its proprietary 3Dimensioneering® process.
Chisel 3D – A company that designs and fabricates custom-themed environments, including 3D sculptures and props.
Atlantis WaterJet – A precision waterjet cutting provider for custom fabrication needs.
GCI Graphics – Specializing in grand-format digital printing for exhibits, events, and marketing displays.
