Yanderis Lodos’ journey began with dreams of musical theater in New York City, but an unexpected turn led her to a fulfilling career in the trade show industry. Starting as an Administrative Assistant in 2004 with SMG Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Management (now ASM Global), she transitioned into telecommunications management with Smart City Networks, where she worked from 2008 until 2020. When the pandemic shifted industry dynamics, Yanderis moved to Edlen Electrical as a National Sales Manager, gaining expertise in trade show utilities. Now, as a Sales Manager on the GSC side with EXPO Convention Contractors, Yanderis feels she’s come full circle and found her true professional calling.

Ryan Lloyd, Director of Revenue at EXPO Convention Contractors
Based in Miami but frequently traveling, Ryan Lloyd brings a wealth of experience as a former district manager for major companies like Whole Foods Market and Outback Steakhouse. Starting his career young, he was offered a management role at 18 and later became a partner in a large company by 25. In his current role at EXPO, he leads the revenue-generating teams, focusing on guiding leaders to drive success. Passionate about developing leaders through clear revenue strategies, Ryan is excited to work on projects that enhance report clarity and drive profitability. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family—whether cheering on his daughter, Cameron (15), at the volleyball court, supporting his son, Collin (17), at the racetrack, or cooking dinner together with his wife, Christine. A fun fact: Ryan was part of the USA amateur kickboxing team! His goal at EXPO is to build and mentor future leaders, making a lasting impact on both the company and the industry.
