Farnborough International has purchased a 48% ownership of Automotion Events, the company behind The British Motor Show, to support the brand in growing its automotive portfolio.
More than just a car show, The British Motor Show is a four-day spectacle delivering live entertainment, interactive displays and driving experiences for the whole family. Hosted at Farnborough International’s award-winning Exhibition and Conference Centre since it was established in 2021, the event is embarking on its next wave of growth across the 500,000sqm show site.
Operating as a joint venture between the two organisations, the partnership will drive an enhanced show experience that reaches beyond the conventional, stirs the imagination and creates memories that last a lifetime.
A leading exhibition and conference centre, a world-renowned event organiser, and home to leading film studios – Farnborough International is a catalyst for innovative, inimitable, and unforgettable experiences. This investment will also enhance Farnborough International as an incubator, investor, and supporter of the events industry.
