Experient, a source for integrated meeting and event solutions, announced the addition of four ENAMs to its Experient Sales Network (ESN).
The ESN is a team of independent business development specialists called Experient National Account Managers (ENAMs) located in primary customer markets throughout the world. Joining as ENAMs are Isabel Heredia-Anderson, Lisa Gill, Jo Ann Hoffman and Jill Kraatz.
Coming to Experient from the Hilton Sunny Isles Beach in South Florida, Heredia-Anderson worked as a sales manager in the corporate, pharmaceutical, association and government markets. She started a hospitality career in 2002 at the Holiday Inn Tallahassee, Fla. and then moved on to Embassy Suites Destin – Miramar Beach and the DoubleTree in Boca Raton, Fla. Heredia-Anderson holds certifications in Operations and Rate & Inventory Management. She resides in the Fort Lauderdale, Fla. area.
Bringing 25 years of industry experience, Gill started her career with Red Lion Hotels and has worked for Hilton Hotels, the East King County Convention Bureau and Hyatt Hotels. She held senior-level positions with Columbia Winery, Prop Gallery West and Vectors Wide Format Printing. In 2008, Gill formed Turbo L.L.C., a marketing and events company, where she assisted clients with their marketing needs. Gill graduated from the Hyatt Management Development Program and SST Travel School. She was awarded the Meydenbauer Center Espirit DE MC in 2001 and Ingenuity in 2002. Gill resides in Seattle.
Hoffman began her 40-year career at the American College of Cardiology and worked for the American Association of Blood Banks as director of meeting services as well as chief operating officer. She is the chief executive officer for The Golfe, which sanctions over 40 of the industry’s golf events around the country. Hoffman was also instrumental in the founding and organizing of the Meeting Industry Ladies Organization, LTD (MILO).
She is a past president of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and has been a member of ASAE and GWSAE, where she developed and produced the Women’s Golf Experience from 2002 – 2006. In 2000, Meeting News magazine selected her as one of the “25 Most Influential People in The Meeting Industry.” Hoffman has guest instructed at Northern Virginia College in the Special Events Curriculum since 2000 and was a member of the Golden Links Advisory Board for Corporate Meetings and Incentives magazine. She served as a member of the Monterey County Convention and Visitors Bureau Advisory Board. Hoffman resides in the Washington, D.C. area.
Kraatz worked closely with other ENAMs for four years as account coordinator with Experient. She is also the Sole Proprietor for Proto Planning Travel, a travel agency and event management company. Kraatz won four collegiate National Championship public speaking events and now gives lectures and presents at breakout sessions on the art of public speaking. She provides sessions for individuals working in hospitality and offers this gratis to non-profit groups and associations. Kraatz resides in the San Diego area.
