Freeman, a global provider of integrated services for face-to-face marketing events, and Caesars Entertainment announced a preferred-vendor agreement for Freeman to provide general services to meeting and events customers at Caesars Entertainment’s eight Las Vegas properties.
Freeman will be the only general-services company recommended to provide work on exhibitions, conventions, tradeshows and meetings held at Caesars’ Las Vegas locations, including Caesars Palace, the Flamingo, Bally’s, Paris, Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino and Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The agreement expands upon an ongoing business relationship between Freeman and Caesars Entertainment’s properties. Freeman will act as an extension of the meeting sales-and-operations team to help customers create events from concept through execution. Freeman will maintain offices at Caesars’ properties.

The partnership will help simplify the event-planning process for customers as Freeman will offer venue-approved, customized structures, such as entrance units and registration areas, that are designed to specifically fit Caesars’ properties and match their décor.

Caesars Entertainment offers meeting and event planners one dedicated team to help plan events at nearly 40 properties in 20 unique destinations with 1.5 million square feet of meeting space and more than 42,000 guest rooms.
