Freeman, a provider of integrated solutions for live engagements, has announced the launch of the industry’s first fully integrated technology platform: Freeman Technology Suite (FTS).
Freeman’s new offering brings together six proprietary interactive tools designed to make it easier for customers to collaborate with Freeman through the event-planning process and improve the on-site experience at Freeman-produced events. The new FTS suite provides an easy-to-navigate hub where customers can access tools, including Freeman Online, which offers access to important show information and a simple way to order products and services online.
“At Freeman we pride ourselves on industry-leading innovation that truly addresses the needs of customers,” said Joe Popolo, CEO, Freeman. “The Freeman Technology Suite not only vividly highlights the breadth and depth of our interactive planning and design capabilities, it also offers our customers a simple, centralized hub to access the tools they currently use as well as complementary services that enhance the planning process.”
The technology suite also includes Concierge Elite, a mobile application that brings the service desk to exhibitors and provides show management real‐time visibility to move‐in and move‐out activities; PlanTour, a web‐based tool to plan and identify locations where banners and signage may be displayed within facilities throughout North America ExhibitPlanner, an online collaboration tool that simplifies management of exhibit programs, properties and services; and Presentation Management, a program that streamlines the organization of electronic speaker materials at meetings, conferences and events. The final piece to the technology suite is Passport, which is a planning tool that brings together the former Champion’s Client Command Center (C3) and Freeman’s iPlanner+ to offer a cutting-edge customer collaboration tool.
Headquartered in Dallas and with 70 offices in North America, Freeman produces more than 15,000 events annually. Freeman is an employee-owned company founded in 1927
