Don Lockwood, president and CEO of GALLO, recently announced that effective December 30, 2010, GALLO had acquired The Godfrey Group, a major manufacturer of tradeshow exhibits, systems, graphics and lightweight portable components. The Godfrey Group is located in North Carolina.
The Godfrey Group will be rebranded as the Godfrey Group, a GALLO company. The addition of the Godfrey Group will strengthen GALLO’s resources in offering its clients creative and cost effective, light-weight solutions.
“This acquisition has very strong synergistic opportunities to capitalize on the strengths of both companies and (it) positions GALLO as the leading value brand supplier in the industry,” said Lockwood.
GALLO currently serves clients nationwide with locations in Cleveland, Rochester and now Raleigh/Durham, NC, which creates a strategic presence in the southeast.
Glenn Godfrey, founder of The Godfrey Group, will remain with the new Godfrey Group division as president.
