Global Experience Specialists (GES), a global full service provider for live events, invites Expo! Expo! attendees to experience “The Art and Science of Engagement” by visiting GES at booth #235. Attendees will have the opportunity to be part of a one-of-a-kind experience that will take them to new heights.

Attendees are invited to share on social media how it felt by adding comments, photos or videos on Twitter and including @GESGlobal and #NewHeights to be entered to win a $50 Visa gift card. Two winners will be drawn from the entries and announced on Twitter on Dec. 11 at 5 p.m. PT.

  • Expresso app, this tool was created after speaking to show organizers and exhibitors about what they want most in a live events app
  • onPeak|GES, GES’ new event housing service
  • Audio visual services including GES’ partnership with CadmiumCD on an exclusive, onsite content management solution
  • GES MarketWorks’ expertise in strategy development, marketing initiatives and the latest intelligence on sponsorships

GES is giving away a Four Seasons signature bed and two $100 Visa gift cards to three lucky winners in its “GES Completes Me” sticker contest. To participate, attendees visit all three of GES’ global booths. Attendees will collect one sticker badge at each – GES #235, onPeak|GES #335, and GES Canada in the Canadian Pavilion #1027, to complete the three-part sticker puzzle. On Dec. 10 from 3-3:30 p.m., GES will randomly select three winners from the show floor with their stickers visible.

As part of GES’ commitment to continuous learning, GES is the title sponsor of the education sessions.

Some of the company’s most passionate professionals will present the following sessions:

  • Campfire Session: Global Explorer – Design Ideas to Refresh and Ignite Your Show (Dec. 10, 2:30–3 p.m.)
  • Sponsorships that Succeed (Dec. 11, 10-11 a.m.)

During Expo! Expo! GES National Sales Manager Tom Malek will be awarded IAEE’s Award of Merit. GES will also be recognized with three Art of Show awards. A video about GES’ Expresso app, created by the company’s talented multi-media team, won Best of Show. GES was also recognized for its design of Reed Exhibitions’ Agenda show winning for Brand Design or Development: between 50,000 and 150,000 nsf, and onPeak, a GES Global Company won Email Promotion: between 50,000 and 150,000 nsf for Sweets & Snacks Expo 2014.

GES is also collaborating with IAEE to host the spectacular charity event, Humanity Rocks: A Celebration With A Cause. GES is the founding sponsor of this annual event, which will be held Dec. 10, 9 p.m.-12 a.m. at the Conga Room at LA Live. Proceeds will benefit A Place Called Home in South Central Los Angeles, which provides a safe haven for underserved youth to help empower them to take ownership of the quality and direction of their lives.
