Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk has been named to Cvent’s 2026 Top Meeting Hotels in North America list, ranking No. 74 among 250 properties.
The hotel earned the recognition for the fourth consecutive year. Cvent’s annual list ranks hotels that generate group business through the Cvent Supplier Network.
Hotel ranks among Cvent meeting properties
Cvent evaluated hotel activity from January through December 2025. Criteria included requests for proposals (RFPs), awarded RFPs, room nights, market share, conversion rate, response rate, and bid rate.
Ryan Fender, general manager of Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk, says the ranking reflects the team’s work.
“This recognition reflects the scale, flexibility, and consistency our team delivers every day,” Fender says.
Fender says the hotel supports groups ranging from citywide conventions to smaller executive meetings.
Property serves downtown meetings market
Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk is located next to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. It also connects to the Alamodome by footbridge.
The hotel offers more than 115,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.
The property includes the Texas Ballroom, Lone Star Ballroom, 29 breakout spaces, and Terrace on 5th. Terrace on 5th is a rooftop event venue overlooking downtown San Antonio.
