Graphic Image Flooring, a national leader in custom vinyl flooring, is thrilled to announce the addition of Heather Wirtz as Director of Customer Success. With over 20 years of experience in building strong customer relationships and managing teams of 10+ agents, Heather is poised to make a significant impact. In 2017, she played a pivotal role in developing an onboarding strategy for a major financial institution, streamlining procedures and training new team members.
In her new role, Heather will be responsible for managing customer relationships, purchasing, overseeing product shipments, and web orders.
