Groceryshop 2022 announced recent updates for those who need to access to the show floor during set-up and break-down.
Personal Protective Equipment:
The below equipment is REQUIRED to enter and work on the show floor during move-in and move-out. Access will NOT be granted by security if proper PPE is not worn.
- High visibility vest or sash
- Closed-toed shoes
- Hard hats (required when working at heights above 6 feet)
- Clear aisle timing: ALL boxes, crates, and pallets MUST be cleared from aisles for carpet installation by 3pm on Monday. Installation may continue until the planned time of 6pm.
- Dismantle start timing: Break-down of booths on Wednesday cannot start until all attendees have been cleared from the exhibit hall. Expect a start time of about 6:30pm. Please plan accordingly. This is a hard rule.
- Return of empties will tentatively begin at 7:30pm on September 21
- Packed freight will tentatively be removed starting at 8am on September 22
All of these changes will be strictly enforced. Exceptions will not be granted.
