Group Delphi adds key hires to complement growth

Group Delphi, an exhibit design and production house, added two key senior executives to its leadership team to help achieve company-wide growth goals.

Both Vice President of Marketing Cari Jacobs and Vice President of Operations John McKibben join Group Delphi from outside of the exhibits industry, bringing track records of success in roles with numerous Fortune 100 companies.

“Adding Cari and John to the company signals to the marketplace our continued commitment to growth and to our clients that we are upholding our long-standing reputation of serving them as an industry leader,” said Justin Hersh, CEO, Group Delphi. “Not only do they both bring fresh perspectives from outside our category to our leadership team, they’ve already put the high caliber of talent bred in their prior roles with highly-respected Fortune 100 companies to use as we work to grow the company in the near term.”

Cari Jacobs brings decades of big-agency marketing savvy to her role, including extensive years of top-tier integrated marketing experience earned in the ranks of leading marketing companies and ad agencies such as Toyota, Lexus, General Mills, Levi’s, Coca-Cola, J. Walter Thompson and Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide.

Most recently, Jacobs held senior marketing roles aimed at shaping consumer understanding and adoption of solar energy, while driving brand consideration and sales for industry leaders Sungevity and Sunrun. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University of Long Beach, and is a selected participant in the CEO program of Google’s Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, an organization with a mission to bring mindfulness to businesses worldwide.
