Hamilton expands marketing and international experience with new hire

Mindy BaxterDan Cantor, owner and CEO, Hamilton Exhibits, has announced that a new employee will be in charge of leading Hamilton’s customer, sales and marketing teams.

Mindy Baxter is the new vice president of business development.

“This is a new leadership position at Hamilton and demonstrates our commitment to continuing to expand our areas of expertise for our customers,” said Cantor. “Mindy brings a great combination of the ‘show business’ marketing aspect required to be successful in our industry plus the savvy business sense that complements the strengths we already have on staff.”

Mindy is an experienced market strategist who has worked with high-level, global brands in New York and Europe.

“Her expertise at driving growth through strategy and creative services will be a big asset to Hamilton’s customer base, especially as international shows continue to gain in importance,” said Cantor.

Mindy was previously director of marketing services for ExactTarget, where she built the team that led the company to become a leader in interactive email design. She also led consumer marketing for Roche Diagnostics for many years and has been director of client services for McCann Erickson Worldwide, a global advertising agency network, in both New York and Milan directing marketing strategy and creative services for international brands such as American Express, GM, and UPS. She holds a bachelor’s of business administration from the Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University, in Dallas, Texas.
