Hargrove Inc., an award-winning general contractor for national tradeshows, full-service events, and custom and rental exhibits, has obtained new and repeat business obligations for a large range of clients.

Executing the Association of American Geographers Annual Meetings for the first time this year and in 2015, Hargrove has the potential to continue the partnership through 2016. This year’s annual meeting will be held in Tampa, Fla., Apr. 9-11.

Awarded also to Hargrove is a new contract for Restore America’s Estuaries for its Seventh National Summit on Coastal and Estuarine Restoration. The summit takes place Nov. 2-5 at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in the National Harbor in Maryland.

New additional business include the Video Gamers United Trade Show & Conference, which will incorporate 300 exhibits, to be held Aug. 16-17 this year at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center; the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Annual Conference and Exhibitor Showcase for 2014, 2015 and 2016, with this year’s conference on Jun. 8-11 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas; and the Polaris Spring Dealer Meeting on Mar. 1-4 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. Not only will Hargrove provide show services for the Polaris Spring Dealer Meeting, but it will also once support the Polaris Summer Sales Meeting on Jul. 27-30 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Continuing to maintain healthy relationships and partnerships with many of its current clients, Hargrove will provide general contracting and event services for many events in Washington, D.C. Having worked on the project for more than 15 years, Hargrove continues its relationship with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee’s Policy Conference, to be held Mar. 2-4 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

For the third year, Hargrove is to provide stage sets, backdrops, banners and props for this year’s Cherry Blossom Opening Ceremony, which starts off the National Cherry Blossom Festival. The Opening Ceremony takes place on Mar. 22 at the Warner Theater. Both of these events are on Bizbash Magazine’s top 100 events in the Washington, D.C. area for 2013.

Selected by The Washington Nationals Park-Ballpark Enterprises to provide event services for NatsFest 2014, Hargrove has supported this festival for four consecutive year, held Jan. 25 at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in the National Harbor in Maryland.

Hargrove has obtained many new business contracts for exhibit programs to include a national exhibit program for Facebook, an exhibit for the Trump Hotel Collection as well as for MTN Government Services Division, Diamond Resorts, and Sidra Medical and Research Center.
