Hargrove, the world-class creator of experiential environments that bring brands to life for events, trade shows and exhibits, announced the promotion of Ron Nicynski, a member of the Hargrove team for more than seven years, to Senior Director, XM Events Strategy & Development.
“Ron recognizes the importance of experiential marketing in our industry today, and he has gained the experience to produce such events,” says Diana Simmons, Hargrove Executive Vice President and COO. “He has the ability to conceptualize an event while fully understanding the changing needs of our clients, and we are confident in him as he takes on this new Senior Director position.”
Ron Nicynski is an extremely accomplished employee at Hargrove, managing a diverse portfolio of experiential, corporate, government and nonprofit clients. He served as the lead on some of Hargrove’s most notable events. He joined Hargrove in 2008 as a sales executive and quickly showed a strength and expertise in collaborating with clients, implementing design and technical elements and managing complex budgets.
Ron has led brand launches, outdoor festivals, mobile tours, pop-up activations and permanent installations. He will continue to develop strategic partnerships in the industry as he goes on to lead Hargrove’s experiential marketing business.
