Healthcare Convention and Exhibitors Association (HCEA) is looking for medical meeting and healthcare convention marketing experts to submit presentation proposals.
Speakers, industry leaders and subject matter experts are invited to propose educational sessions and white paper topics to HCEA for its Marketing Summit, Annual Meeting and Research Committee.

The 2016 HCEA Annual Marketing Summit will be held Jan. 21, 2016, at the Wyndham Grand Chicago Riverfront. The 2016 Annual Meeting will be held in Savannah, Ga. in August 2016.
The deadline for the submission of presentation proposals is Aug. 31, 2015.
HCEA’s Annual Meeting is the only educational conference in North America each year that focuses solely on the unique needs of both healthcare exhibit marketers and medical meeting organizers. Topics of particular interest to HCEA Annual Meeting attendees include updates on federal marketing legislation, research on industry trends, budgeting, globalization and results measurement. Proposed educational sessions should be targeted to healthcare convention and exhibit marketers, healthcare convention organizers and medical meeting planners.
