The Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association (HCEA) encourages everyone involved in medical congress marketing to “Think Differently,” the theme for HCEA’s last 2023 meeting. This event will be an in-person meeting on Thursday, August 17, in Philadelphia at Live! Philadelphia and will focus on real-world solutions to congress marketers’ challenges and how to harness the proliferation of data.
The agenda features speakers who have dared to ‘Think Differently,” like Maha Elashri, who founded several medical agencies and who will share insights into the collaboration between agencies, exhibit partners, and corporate exhibitors. Her topic, Big Structural Changes or Routine Fine Tuning: How Suppliers are Adapting or Thinking Differently, is more than timely.
Additional topics include managing the supply change and adapting scientific content for maximum impact at congresses.
Three spotlight sessions and mini-case studies demonstrating the successful execution of creative strategy will be presented throughout the day. HCEA always generates diverse perspectives from three membership categories –corporate members, associations, and industry partners—and this time will be no different.
At HCEA’s August 17th Growing Stronger Together Midyear Update, the Keynote Program, “Big Structural Changes or Routine Fine Tuning? How Suppliers are Adapting and Thinking Differently “ leads right into “The Congress Supply Chain and How it’s Forcing Exhibitors and their Suppliers to Adapt”. You won’t want to miss these programs. A topic relevant to all HCEA member types.
Space is limited to 125 people, so don’t risk losing your spot for this event. Registration is open now. There are a limited number of hotel rooms at Live! Philadelphia.
HCEA is a totally volunteer-driven organization, deriving its strength from people in the three categories of membership who are passionate about the efficacy of congress marketing.
