Debbie Parrott, president, Highmark TechSystems, announced that a new employee has joined the Highmark team as sales and marketing coordinator.
“Jennifer [French] brings incredible insight and organizational skills to our company,” said Parrott. “Moreover in her last position as director of special events, marketing and membership at the Orchard Ridge Country Club in Ft. Wayne, she experienced many of the same challenges and pain points as the end users of our products. This makes her a great champion of our products’ benefits which offer exhibit designers and producers incredible design flexibility and end users the ability to have a high impact presence on the show floor while keeping costs and the environment in check due to easy set-up and reusable aluminum materials.”
Goal driven and collaborative, French is a natural “connector” with marketing skills that cross departments and functions. She holds a B.A. from Indiana University at Bloomington, Ind. where she concentrated in fine art.
“No two days are ever the same at Highmark,” she said. “Our exhibit designer and producer customers continually present us with interesting concepts that they want to bring to life using our versatile products. Given our team’s solutions orientation and our focus on innovation, this plays to our strengths and makes our sales and marketing very exciting.
French continued, “I am a supporter of face-to-face marketing and have come to appreciate what a hidden treasure the exhibition world is as well as the significant impact exhibit architecture can have on creating the right environment for engagement.”
