Hungexpo, Hungary’s biggest and most flexible venue, introduced a new international sales manager for corporate events. Balázs Szucs joined the venue in this role.
The facility hosts numerous international and national events, congresses and exhibitions. Within the mix of industries that have been using Hungexpo up to date, the automotive sector has been continuously growing in Hungary during the last few years and offers interesting perspectives and topics for car-related events organizers.
Hungexpo is very suitable for automotive industry events, such as the international exhibition “Automotive Hungary” shows. From Nov. 5-7, 2014, representatives from the entire automotive industry in Hungary met in Budapest. In 2013, the fair was organized for the first time and exceeded all expectations, with 200 participants and about 7,000 visitors. In 2014, the number of exhibitors increased by another 15 percent.
No other venue in the Hungarian market can provide such complex services, including solutions for parking, IT background, hall and event room rental for a big event. The multi-functionality of the venue makes it possible to set up a conference auditorium with a 10,000-participant capacity. All these facilities can be found in the heart of Budapest and make the site even more attractive as it is defined by 36 hectare of landscaped environment, which ensure a perfect set up for a remarkable type of event.
Hungexpo offers 70,000 square meter area with 36 hectare landscape environment, eight event halls ranging from 700 to 20,000 square meter, a capacity for 250-15,000 people, several conference rooms, parking lot, bank and restaurant facilities, on-site media and signage sale and production, transportation, telecommunication and wired Internet services, wireless Internet and use of equipment, hostesses, interpreters, florists, catering services, stand building and furnishing.
