ibtm arabia unveiled the design impression of its exhibitor “meeting pods” for the transformation of the region’s MICE event, previously known as GIBTM, which takes place for the first time at The St. Regis Hotel Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi from Feb. 10-12, 2015.
“Our innovative design gives both exhibitors and Hosted Buyers the exclusive environment they need to undertake business meetings, which is the focus of ibtm arabia 2015. The all-inclusive solution is a design that allows for the customization of an exhibitor’s corporate branding, all done in advance of their arrival onsite. ibtm arabia expects to mutually match more than 6,000 pre-scheduled appointments between exhibitors and Hosted Buyers on a 1-1 ratio that includes both regional and international buyers and suppliers. The new meeting pod package provides an all-inclusive solution with no additional stand costs, freight or build up costs. Furthermore, the price also includes access to nine networking opportunities, a diary of up to 30 mutually matched appointments, entrance to the ibtm arabia Knowledge Forum, part of the ‘Discover Day’, and catering throughout the entire event.
