The tabletop event is a proven model across Reed Travel Exhibitions’ events. Limited to 100 international and Indian suppliers of product and services to the MICE industry, it is designed through pre-arranged meetings to place international and Indian buyers with suppliers over a tabletop environment at a 1:1 ratio.
“Our tabletop format will deliver a low-cost and high-impact solution for all of our attendees,” said Shinu Pillai, IBTM India project manager, Reed Travel Exhibitions. “This is definitely the best solution for the Indian MICE Market as it will allow our exhibitors quality time with the buyers they want to meet.”
Suppliers participating include representatives from the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Africa, Europe, Middle East and India – creating nearly 70 percent of the show.
