AEG Ogden, a facilities management company, appointed a director of culinary services for International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney).
A senior practitioner with more than 30 years in hospitality and event management at leading five-star venues, Lynell Peck joined ICC Sydney following a stellar four years as executive general manager for hospitality, events and operations at the Australian Turf Club. Lynell spent 17 years of her career with Australian Jockey Club Ltd. across a variety of food and beverage roles that culminated with executive director for hospitality and events.
Lynell’s appointment is a key part of the venue’s Culinary Plan, which will ensure ICC Sydney delivers world class, creative cuisine while encompassing the AEG Ogden philosophy to deliver a seasonal, locally-supplied, superior food and beverage experience.
