For the seventh time, the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services organizes a MasterClass workshop, this year under the motto “Getting back in the driver’s seat!” It will take place April 22-23.
The aim of the two-day seminar is to prepare companies active in the stand architecture, design, and construction industry for creating a customer journey in on-site, online and hybrid surroundings. In small groups, the participants of the program will generate skills to enhance the added value for their customers. After joining MasterClass 2021, the participants will also better understand how customers take a decision to buy.
For this purpose, IFES has invited renowned speakers from the industry: Hanno Heintze, director of fairs & marketing at SIXT, Robert Sarga, director Servicecenter Media and Communications of BASF, Rinco van Rijn, head of Global Events & Sponsorships of Signify, and Jörg Zeissig, CEO of Holtmann. The speakers will share how their companies have adapted to the sudden change from live events to online and hybrid events, how their company goals have shifted, what they now expect from the exhibition and event industry, and more. Han Leenhouts from Sales & Pepper will moderate the workshop in his enthusiastic and energizing manner.
This year’s MasterClass will take place in a hybrid setup: Online participants worldwide can choose between two different time slots according to their respective time zones. With a hygiene concept, up to 40 participants take part in the program on site in the hybr.id_space Hannover, Germany. Therefore, this MasterClass will be one of the first physical live events in Germany in 2021.
During MasterClass there will be plenty of time for networking and reconnecting with friends and colleagues from the industry, on-site and online. MasterClass organizers encourage everyone to “have fun and re-charge your batteries for a smoothly running engine since you are in the driver’s seat.”
