Impact XM Promotes James C. Morris to SVP, Client Services

This promotion recognizes Morris’ outstanding contributions, dedication to driving sales growth and improved customer satisfaction over his five years at the agency. In his new role, Morris will continue to lead the development and implementation of strategic sales action plans and expand Impact XM’s client base.

Upon joining Impact XM’s Client Services team, Morris quickly established himself as a strategic leader, providing valuable guidance and support to the team. Under Morris’ leadership, Impact XM has experienced significant revenue growth, with notable achievements specifically in the healthcare market, due to his innate understanding of clients’ needs and his strength in developing and implementing effective sales action plans. Through his work, Morris has personally enhanced customer satisfaction and retention and empowered others on the team to do so as well.
