The International Pizza Expo took place Aug. 17-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. It served up fresh content, hot events and competitions that were fun, without being too cheesy. In addition to the industry innovation opportunities the show provided, the World Pizza Games provided a huge draw to show attendees. Spectators watched industry experts take part in the freestyle acrobatic dough tossing, largest dough stretch, fastest pizza box folding and the pizza triathlon. See images of the competition below.
