The Europe, Middle East and Africa branch of International Special Events Society (ISES), a global association that represents the creative events market, is joining forces with the organizers of the Eventex Congress and International Eventex Awards.
ISES will support the 7th annual edition of the event Feb. 25-26, 2015, at the Inter Expo Centre in Sofia, Bulgaria. Eventex Awards Gala Ceremony will be held on the evening of Feb. 25 at Rainbow Plaza.
“International Special Events Society is excited and proud to be partnering with the Eventex organizers. Event communities in general are strong, but they still require a lot more global integration. This event certainly takes to heart our associations’ commitment to connecting the event world,” stated Kevin White, president, ISES.
The conference for meetings and event professionals is the only one of its kind in the European region. With a strong focus on event marketing and technology for the educational element of the congress and 13 categories for the awards, the event attracts hundreds of event professionals from the corporate, governmental and independent sectors of the global events industry.
“Each year, we attract the most creative and forward-thinking professionals in the event industry, but Eventex Congress 2015 will be our biggest and most diverse conference so far. We expect more than 800 event professionals from over 30 countries, and we are well prepared to meet their highest expectations to add value to their professionalism,” said Ovanes Ovanessian, organizer, Eventex.
Speakers announced for the congress include Alexander Blass, CEO of the Innovation Institute of America; Elling Hamso of the ROI Institute; Rob Davidson of MICE Knowledge; and James Morgan, chair, International Special Events Society EMEA region.
