Italy at Hand, The Event is set to include pre-scheduled business appointments and networking in an unconventional frame and set in some of the most beautiful venues in Bologna from Nov. 1-3. Organized by Convention Bureau Italia, the three-day program is set to be the first ever interactive MICE b2b international event.
The opening night kick-off event is scheduled in the unique setting of Palazzo Pepoli, seat of the Museum of History in Bologna. The evening is set to have various convivial moments in typically Italian style with the aperitif and stand-up dinner party as well as many networking activities for all the participants.
The following morning classical business meetings in Palazzo Re Enzo are scheduled. The tone of the program should be set by 14 pre-scheduled appointments between Italian suppliers and international buyers, followed by lunch.
The afternoon is set to be dedicated to the activities of Italy at Hand, highlighting Italian craftsmanship and know-how in an unconventional business context. The activities will involve the organization’s outstanding partners, leaders of Made in Italy, such as Pagani Automobili, who plan to bring the essence of Italian traditions to the participants, and Le Cesarine who plan to open a private residence for a cooking class to demonstrate the culinary and gastronomic traditions of Italy. A gala dinner with the participation of the international guests is scheduled in the evening.
Finally, on the last day of the Bolognese edition of Italy at Hand, 10 pre-scheduled business appointments are scheduled in Palazzo Re Enzo, followed by lunch at an exceptional venue, FICO Eataly World, the world’s biggest agrifood park in the world. The event is set to wrap up with the international guests being offered the possibility of touring Emilia Romagna, Tuscany and Veneto.
