Joey Brassell Named as the Sho-Link 2023 Employee of the Year

submitted by Jean Koscielny, Senior Relationship Manager, Sho-Link

Lake Forest, IL (January 2024) – Sho-Link Incorporated a premier installation and dismantle service company. We invite everyone to celebrate the announcement of Sho-Link’s 2023 Employee of the Year. To a well-deserved recipient, we congratulate Nashville City Manager, Joey Brassell on this recognition.

This award is not to be taken lightly, as the recipient is someone that embodies not only our culture but goes beyond mentoring others and makes our clients and members feel safe.

Scott Rudel, President said, “At the end of every year, we pause to reflect on what accomplishments we achieved and what we need to prioritize for the upcoming year. There is one last accomplishment to take care of: naming an Employee of the Year. While always a decision that would be easy if we were to name dozens of employees, narrowing it down to one single individual usually weighs heavy on the soul. This year, without much ado, and a unanimous decision, Joey was easily selected and informed of our choice. The best quote ever from Joey was, ‘For the first time I’m speechless.’   I wish we recorded the call.”

Colleen Johnson, Corporate Vice President, shares, “Throughout his entire career, Joey has been a steady, passionate leader resonating quality customer care, employee empowerment, and resourcefulness.  He is part of the lifeblood of Sho-Link, and we are happy to recognize him as Employee of the Year.”

Rob West, VP of operations says that “Joey has always been a shining example of what the core values of Sho-Link represent. Not only does Joey lead by example with his crew, but with our members as well. This is a well-deserved honor!”

Congratulations Joey, to you and your entire team, WELL DONE!
