Presented by Singapore Pres. Tony Tan Keng Yam, Kingsmen’s Benedict Soh was recognized for his efforts in raising the level of professionalism and standards in the retail and Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) industry in Singapore.

The awards, organized by the STB, recognize and commemorate exemplary organizations and individuals from Singapore’s MICE sector for delivering a complete visitor experience that reflects the strength of both their products and services.

“The award is a celebration of every individual member of Kingsmen in our conscious efforts to provide outstanding services to our clients,” said Soh. “I trust this recognition will spur everyone at Kingsmen to continue to provide excellent service and good value to our clients.”

Listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange, Kingsmen is a communication design and production group in the Asia-Pacific and the Middle East regions. Established in 1976, its four business segments comprise exhibitions and museums, retail and corporate interiors, research and design and alternative marketing. Together with its affiliates, Kingsmen has a regional network of 18 offices and full-service facilities.

As the most prestigious awards platform in Singapore’s tourism industry, Singapore Experience Award recipients are judged to have shown they are the best in delivering a holistic customer experience – one that packages quality product-and-service delivery to create a distinctive and compelling experience.
